Plain English Summary

Below are our full legal terms, much of which is legal jargon strictly required of us to have available, but here you will find a quick summary in plain English terms so you can better understand our stance on privacy.

  • Wobbl only collects personal information that is completely necessary for our service to run. We would prefer not to, but some things like an email address, or a social media username are required.
  • Your personal information may travel through the Wobbl services when using other social platform functions, but we do not store that information.
  • We are required to comply to GDPR and Storage and transfer of Personal Information standards only because your social media username could be your real name. We do not intentionally store that level of information.
  • Over time, we'll update this privacy policy, so be sure to check back here for changes.
  • Wobbl may use the non-identifiable data we do store on you for analyze, statistics, or marketing purposes. In reality, this means if we make an announcement saying we reached one million users, we have your permission to count you as one of those users.
  • If at any time you want to request a record of any of the personal data we do store for you, or request we delete it, you can do so by emailing us at privacy@wobbl.co.nz
  • Wobbl uses the industry standard security encryption for all the data being transferred through our service, nothing is 100% secure on the internet, but we make sure that we are using the best security technology available to keep your username safe!
  • We also don't collect data on children under the age of 13, and if we unintentionally did, just let us know and we'll delete it.

TL;DR English Summary

We don't want to store stuff, and only do if we really need it. The stuff we do really need will never be used to sell you stuff, market stuff to you, influence your ads, or personally identify you. If this still freaks you out, email us and we'll delete your stuff (privacy@wobbl.co.nz)
